Well the NIT started last night for my beloved Syracuse Orange. They beat South Alabama 79-73 on the back of Eric Devendorf's 32 points. Demetris Nichols forgot to show up but we were fortunate to win anyway.
Newcastle plays the 2nd leg of their UEFA Cup tie with AZ Alkmaar. Newcastle won the first leg 4-2 but AZ has those 2 pesky away goals to deal with. Ha'way the Lads!
